      I've been wanting to lose weight for some time, but everything I have tried never works. I go on diets and I've worked out. I've even taken the ROTC course for three years and I'm taking a Health and Physical Education Course next year.
What would you guys suggest I eat, and what excercises would be best to lose weight? - 
    
      
      you should eat everything except junk food and fast food get plenty of fruits and veggies and engage in different kind of house chores.

      Also,, try to lay off the red meat. If you want a really hard but worth it diet, try veganism. I was a vegan for about a half a year and kept very skinny. And it's also how Beyonce stays skinny as well
