- 
    
      
      1. Get up at 6:oo A.M
 2. Eat 2 apples and 1 pear.
 3. Drink a glass of water.
 4. Wait 5 minutes.
 5 Get on easy to move in clothes.
 6.Go outside and run.
 7. Run for 2 miles.
 8. Walk home.
 9. Eat 1 pear and a slice of watermelon and drink 2 glasses of water.
 10. Do pullups on my bar for 2 hours.
 11. Walk again for rest of day.
 12. Drink 5 glasses of water and eat 2 watermelon slices 1 apple and 3 pears.
 12. At 9:00 P.M go to football practice.
 13. Come home and get on here.
 14. Sleep
