Sebastian tried to match his pace. "You're a very fast walker." -
'You might just be short.'

"I'm not short!" Sebastian complained. They were lying.

'You're very short.'

"Am not! You're not even that much taller than me!"

'Still taller,' Vincent said, patting his head.
