Clay looked up from his laptop, smiling a little when he saw George. “Hey~” He said, standing up.
-

“Hey,” George greeted again, smiling softly and moving over to Clay. He wrapped his arms around his boyfriend, groaning quietly.
-

“You okay?” Clay asked with a chuckle, wrapping George in a hug and holding him close. He kissed the top of his head, rubbing his back.
-

“No, breakfast was awful and now the rest of the cooking staff is mad at me,” George muttered, resting his forehead on Clay’s shoulder.
-

“Damn, seriously?” Clay said, furrowing his brows a little. “I mean- I didn’t think it was bad or anything,” he spoke softly, holding George close.
-

“It was awful,” George whined, bringing his head back to look at Clay. “The pancakes were undercooked and the sausages were burnt- I have to clean the kitchen for two weeks now.”
-

“I’m so sorry- f---, I- I really should’ve set an alarm or something, I- I didn’t mean to get you in trouble,” Clay said, exhaling softly as he looked down.
-

“What? No, hun, it’s not your fault,” George said with a frown. “If anything, it’s mine. I’m just complaining, it doesn’t mean it’s your fault-“
-

“Sorry, right- you’re right, I’m sorry,” Clay murmured, exhaling softly. “I just- feel bad you got in trouble, is all,” he added, sighing as he held George close.
-

“It’s okay, I get it,” George said, leaning up and pressing a kiss onto Clay’s lips. “Anyways, how’s your day been?”
-

Clay smiled, kissing George back for a moment. “It’s been alright- I was just, anxiously waiting for my mom to come screaming at me for finding me in bed with a guy, but thankfully that hasn’t happened yet,” he said, chuckling nervously.
-

“Well, that’s good,” George said with an awkward chuckle, admiring Clay for a moment.
-

Clay watched George for a moment, smiling a little. “I’m sorry your morning wasn’t great,” he said softly, running a hand through his dark curls.
-

“It’s fine, it was my own fault, really,” George said with a quiet chuckle, leaning against Clay’s touch.
-

Clay hummed softly, holding George close and kissing his cheek. “Well, I’m almost done with my school work for the day- Do you wanna cuddle after, watch a movie or show or something?”
