are the elves tiny like santas elves? or regular but just with pointy ears? and are the fairies tiny like tinkerbell or regular but with wings and sparkles?

First of all, what animals did you wanna put as the mascots?

they could all be the same crest but colored differntly

Well, elves I was thinking just normal hyoomins but with elf ears, and a few other abilities like earth or advanced senses.
And for faeries, probably just hyoomins with wings? Along with elemental powers etc. -
Or maybe, for the crests, a rune or something?

i think the 7 deadly sins already have runes, so we could just uses those

How many houses did you want? Most schools have four, which was what I was thinking.
