"Yes. Right here." Sakura said wagging her tail. "I love that."

He continued to pet her and smiled. "You can stay with me until this thing leaves."

"Only if the thing leaves?" Sakura whined. "But..."

"What's wrong?" Devin smiled happily. "If it never leaves, you can stay forever."

"Really!" Sakura said as her ears perked up. "Thank you!"

Devin nodded. "Of course! Anything for my friend." He whispered, scratching behind her ears.

"Yes. Keep doing it." Sakura said as her face turned pale.

He moved his hand over a bit, scratching her ears more. "This feel good?"

"Yes. Very much." Sakura said as her eyes flashed different colors. "I like it so much."

Devin smiled, keeping her happy by petting her. He resisted kissing her and sighed.

Sakura looked up at him. He didn't notice Sakura's pale skin and her eyes flashing colors. "Keep doing it you foolish human."

He jumped a bit and kept scratching her ears.

Sakura then closed her eyes. She fell on the cold floor. She didn't speak. But she kept whining.

"Sakura?" He cried, dropping down next to her. "Are you okay?"

Sakura didn't answer. Her face becoming more pale. She kept whining and whining. "Sakura..." A voice said.
