c1 and c2 have been childhood friends, and had always loved each other - but never realized it. c2 moves away, and five years later, during their senior year of high school, they move back, and see c1. the thing is, c2 never had the chance to tell c1 that they were moving away, so when they return, c1 hates c2 for leaving them with warning.
but will their love re-blossom after being with c2 again?

Ophelia smiled as she headed into the school. It was admittedly a bit frustrating to be moving to a new school for her senior year, but it was okay. It was kind of exciting, to be seeing her old home and how it had changed over the years that she'd been gone. She left so suddenly - it felt odd to be back after all this time. She didn't remember the name of the person welcoming her; was it Kora? Koral? Curse her and her terrible memory... -

Korey looked up, spotting a girl walking over. They exhaled and stood, smiling and extending their hand. “Hello, I’m Korey. You must be Ophelia, correct?” They tended slightly, that specific name leaving a bad taste in their mouth. Only reminds them of.. No, that’s in the past. She moved on, and so have I.. -
Korey, that was it. Ophelia nodded - wait - this person reminded them of someone… oh whatever, it must have just been a coincidence… right? “Yep, that’s me,” Ophelia responded, softly taking Korey’s hand and shaking it.

“Nice to meet you,” they said with a small smile. They pulled out some folded papers from their pocket, handing them to Ophelia. “Here is your schedule and student news letter, I’m going to be your “guide” for the first few days, helping you find classes and such. Our student president is, temporarily absent, so I’m taking over for her.”

"Nice to meet you too!" She said before grabbing the papers from Korey. "Sounds good - So, we have English first?" She asked, reading through the neatly-typed words on her schedule.
