"It's supposed to be," Jathiern said.

Renna felt sick to her stomach. "What did you do to the food?" she moaned.

"I did nothing," Jathiern said. "Talk to the table."

Renna narrowed her eyes. "The table is an-" she didn't get to finish her sentence because she threw up.

Jathiern looked down at the gross gooey substance. "Interesting," was all he said.

Renna growled at him. "You son of a-" she didn't get to finish that either because she threw up more.

Jathiern bent down. "What is this substance?"

"Why don't you eat it and see." Renna growled. She didn't mean it, it was a joke.

Jathiern dipped one of his forty fingers into the substance and tasted it. He made a face. "It tastes repulsive."

Renna nearly threw up again. "What- why-? Why did you do that?!" she exclaimed.

Jathiern blinked. "You told me to."

"That is called sarcasm." Renna said, rolling her eyes.

"Sarcasm?"

"Sarcasm is what this whole situation is." Renna mumbled.
