Carla took the nut out of her hair and gave it back to the talking squirrel.

"Thank you," the squirrel said. "Now if you'll excuse me, I must get on with my day."
"That's one uppity squirrel," Natalia muttered. -
"You could have just asked!" Carla told the squirrel indignantly.

But the squirrel was already gone.
Natalia looked at Carla. "I've never seen that before," she said. -
"Then again, nothing about today has been normal," Carla said. "The fridge, for example."

"Yeah, I don't know where that came from," Natalia said, walking towards it.

Carla experimentally poked it, hoping it wouldn't explode or anything like that.

Natalia shrugged. "Oh well," she said.
(I actually just got saved by the bus driver from a bunch of squirrels throwing acorns at me) -
What? XD))
"Welp," Carla said. She opend the fridge and an assortment of soft drinks met her eyes."Wow." -
(Yep. This morning the squirrels were angry at me for some reason. )
"Cool," Natalia shed. She took one and started sipping it. -
"Oh my God!" Carla said, as a Natalia shed fell from the sky. "What is that?"

"I don't know..." Natalia said.

"It almost squashed us," Carla said. "Is there anything else about to drop from the sky that we should know about?"

"I have no idea," Natalia said, "But we should probably go somewhere before anything else does."

"Good idea," Carla said, popping open a soad before lraving.
