Nox yelped when he was hit before he fell over and fell asleep

Lauren said "Nox." and stepped on a flower tile. She narrowly avoided the same fate. She looked at the tile and stepped right on the skull. Nothing happened. She proceeded to slowly walk to Nox.

Nox continued sleeping, spread out like a black rug

Lauren slowly but surely made it to Nox and tried to shake him awake.

Her hand kinda sunk into him when she touched him

Lauren pulled her hand away and gave a weirded out expression. She wondered not only how to wake him up, but how to carry him if she couldn't.

Nox twitched slightly, a ripple of pink flames appearing for a moment on his back before dieing out

Laruen looked at the brief flames and wondered if he was on fire. She couldn't see anything that would start it.

Nox growled slightly and then started getting up, shaking himself like a dog

Lauren asked "Are you okay?"

Nox nodded and quickly got off the tiles

Lauren said "I was gonna try and wake you up, but my hands seem to go through you."

Nox landed on the floor "yes that tends to happen if im not conscious

Lauren asked "What about the pink flames?"

Nox shuffled his wings "just a quick burn to wake myself up
