" Sure" replied Rex wide eyed.

He reaches into the dumpser and pulls out a moldy, yet whole apple. "hmm..." he pulls at the mold and it turns into a clump in his other hand, he throws it away and throws you the apple "there"

Rex caught the apple" thanks." And he took a bite.

It was fine, as if nothing had been growing on it "taste good?"

" Yeah." Rex said with a smile.

"Cool" He smiles slightly "You didn't freak out at what I did... Are you different too?"

" Different." Rex said a bit confused.

"I Like... Special" He picks up a broken piece of wood from the dumpster and it slowly floats up, nails and wood laying in a pile on the floor "Like that"

" strange." Rex stared in wonder thinking about what happened.

"Are you different?" Tom tilts his head
