I noticed a lot of y'all seem to be struggling right now. I'm sorry you're going through some hard stuff right now. You guys are seen. I just don't really post in anyone's vent threads. But there's a lot that concerns me and I really just want everyone to be able to find the help they need. I know that help may not be readily available to some of you. I've been in that position before. I want you guys to know that you're not alone and that you matter. Don't make a permanent decision based off a temporary situation.

-Article that describes common experiences in mental health hospitals. (Disclaimer: Everyone's experince is different. Some good, some bad. I'm mainly posting this to give an idea of how the hospitals and programs are structured!)
-NIMH is an official government organization for mental health. On this page, you can find information on the effects/types of medication and what they're used for if you are considering medication or have recently been given a medication and want to learn what it does.
-Click here to learn about the different types of therapy. Knowing these types will help you decide what areas need the most focus and will assist you in finding proper care.
-Here's a list of coping skills you can try.
Psych2Go is a YouTube channel focused on mental health and covers various disorders, personality information, and emotional categories. I've been watching this channel for over 6 years, and mental health professionals also recommend it!
