how am i supposed to tell him I'm getting worse.. am I actually getting worse? I feel worse. I don't have energy to do anything. Not even to sh. Which makes no sense and makes me feel like im not valid.

He told me once I needa tell him when smths wrong so he can "prevent the worst from happening." One can guess what 'the worst' is. But I don't wanna hurt him. Or worry him. I'm a burden; he has enough problems already.
