Had a meltdown in therapy. Just great.

And then I had one in math class because everyone in the class was yelling at me.

And they were touching my bag.

Have another therapy appointment on Friday. And have an eye doctor's appointment is next Friday.

I was crying over some fúcking food for at least a good 25-30 minutes.
