I've been haunted by old nightmares, every time one comes into my mind, I feel sick. It happened again, like 5 minutes ago. I almost was sick. Any explanation?

They just randomly come into your mind? Are the nightmares something to do with real life experiences of more like based off horror movies? Watching horror stuff can have a deeper affect on you than you realise at the time, so I'd cut back on or stop watching things like that and see if it helps.

Yes, they do come back randomly, which is odd, and no, none of them are from horror movies, but I did watch one a few days ago... so, I'll cut back and see if that helps.

This might sound strange but maybe you should think about what happened in them (if you can feel ok doing so), it might something you need to acknowledge. There's often reasons behind them and it could be something troubling you or a fear you should acknowledge.
