Well.... I have a huge crush on Peyton (probably already knew that) but I've been big time friend zoned. He is my bff. Not my bf. Bff. Someone started a rumor that we are dating. Kimberly said it was Jacee. Peyton said it was Kimberly. Whatever. Anyway, Imay have overreacted in the attempt to not let him know about my crush (I said EEEEEEEEEEEEWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW GROSSSSSSSSSSS) and now I don't know what to do. He's been pretty quiet lately. Well, for him. He usually talks 24/7. I don't want to lose our friendship. Everyone is always acting like we are dating. IM SICK OF IT! But he's my only true friend. I just don't know what to think.

Oh god, rumors. I understand your frustration. The thing is, though, a rumor is usually just a thing for annoying people to get a laugh out of. Situations like this will probably only lead to annoying jokes. If people will really take it far, you don't want them as a friend. The thing is that Peyton is still your friend. The reason he's quiet is probably because he feels kind of awkward about the whole thing. I think he's just processing it.
