"Book?" She blinked, confused.

"My brother's book..It's gone...Dammit!" he shouted, throwing his hands into the air. Elix punched the wall (Or rather what was left of it), cursing again.

"You mean Prince's portal?"She blinked, and flicked her wrist, a familiar blue bound book in her hand.

Elix glanced down at the book, staking only a fraction of a second to reconize it. "T-That's it. How'd you...?"

"I made sure to grab it before the energy released from the portal ruined the room." She smirked, pleased with herself.

Elix hugged her, all doubts slipping away from his mind. He cared about the room, and his life, but the book....The book was more important.

She yelped, not expecting that. She almost dropped her scythe, looking up at him. "Yeah yeah."

"You saved it~" he said happily, closing his eyes for a moment.
