Are cyan, teal, aqua, turquoise, mint, and lime the same color? I swear to engineers they all look the same, but everyone I've asked says they're all different and really freaking different at that.

They are all different some have more blue in it and others have more green

They're slightly different, but they are all different shades of green.

quite different. Lime is closer to Neon green. Mint is aqua with more green in it. Cyan is pretty damn blue. Aqua and turquoise are almost the same. teal is like cyan and a bit of black mixed in, so it's dark cyan.

Thanks. Also, recently I wore some pants and a shirt I thought were the same color, but people commented on how my top was blue and my pants were green.

They all look about 75% green and 25% blue.
