  You must have the novice level to have a profile picture.

  You must make a quiz or you have to chat here for a few months. Making a quiz is much faster.

  I made a quiz. It hasnt shown up on the new quizzes part yet. It was the simplest one i could come up with...8P So... that it?!

  Yep. Now you just log out and log back in. Then it will say novice and you can get a profile picture.
