  We're opposites. I got kicked in the shins with steal toed boots, didn't hurt. Sure, I had a small bruise, but it didn't hurt.

  It's not luck. My shins are like, steal. Plus, they don't feel heat or coldness.
  
  But I've been in soccer for 9 years. 3/4 of my life. I practice without shin guards with kids twice as big as me.
