I started to get ready for the first day of Junior year at Campanelli High. Our first football game is tonight, maybe we'll actually win. -
I sat in the passenger seat of my mom's SUV. It was the first day of school, Junior year. I mentally prepared myself for the year ahead.

I grab my car keys off the keyring in the kitchen "Mom I'm gone" I yell as I head for the door. I walk outside noticing good weather and peace. "Hm maybe today will be a good day"

The drive to school was painful, as usual. Not just for the fact that I didn't even have my license yet, but the fact that my mom thought school was an educational establishment meant for learning and making friends. Who was she kidding, it was a living hell. -

As I'm driving I start thinking about my life. What could happen in the future to cost me football? Its all I had. Nothing compared to it. I checked the time on my watch "Oh shiot." I drive faster trying to get to school in less then 5 minutes. -
