"Very true," Girvan nodded, smiling at Jamie almost brightly. "Esuch words." -
Jamie smiled back and nodded. "It will all work out soon enough."

"I hope eso.." he nodded, really seeming hopeful about the future. But things could change without warning, and plans could be ruined.

Jamie knew the risks and issues that could arise, but tried to stay positive. Whatever the cost, he wanted to see Girvan and the others to freedom.

Girvan felt uneasy about everything that was happening, but he didn't know why exactly. Just the thought of finally having freedom after so many years spooked. "Jamie.. what does feel like, to not be bound to esoil..?"

Thinking for a moment, Jamie tried to come up with a good answer. "Well, um, it's definitely not like the physical labor you all have to do." He replied, sympathetically. "I think... in a way, no one is ever completely free, at least not they're whole lives. I've always thought about up and running, getting as far away from here as possible, but even then I'd have nowhere to go. All I've known is my parents' life of lies." He looked over sincerely. "I think the most important thing in life period is to try to do your best, and help others. That if we all cared about each other things would slowly get better. It's the only meaning I can really give to my life. I don't know, I probably sound pretty stupid..."

He shook his head. "No, you don't esound estupid," he reassured him. "I like hearing you espeak.. what you esaid, it's.. deep." Girvan was sincerely lost for words at the moment. Half the time when he had said the simple things, he was stuttering and pausing.
