Don't take it personally. Ozze just doesn't really like 'newbs' (people -she- defines as newbs) all that much so she tends to lash out more towards them. It's not your fault. You're new here and you couldn't be expected to know everything.

People who join late 2011-2012 are considered noobs in her eyes. Once again, don't take it personally. -
