I didn't know why, but my parents were barely ever home, I was watching tv in my room

I plopped down on bed.

I suddenly heard a strange noise, I took off my hat to hear better

Something loud banged in the kitchen. I looked to see what made that.

it sounded like banging, but I wasn't sure what it was, I got up and looked around

It was dark in the kitchen. I shivered and a cold sweat broke on my forehead. I looked around with a flashlight...

the power in the house wasn't on for some reason, I felt like something was watching me ( what do you think this thing is? )

(bad guy kidnapper though since you have dark magic it would probably be really bright) A shadow grabbed me and I blacked out.

( what do you mean really bright? do you mean like it wont seem dark at all? )
I looked all over the house, I didn't know who was there but someone or something was -
(they would use light to combat a dark powered person and dark to combat a light powered person) Whoever my kidnapper was came out of the shadows and tossed me into the backseat of a car.

for some reason, even though the power was off, it seemed really bright, I didn't feel so good, there was some kind of strange energy here

I thought I saw something moving, I went closer but the whatever it is wasn't there anymore, "I am not afraid, get out of here" I said -
(ikr?) I was out for several hours.

suddenly, a flash of light seemed to appear out of nowhere, I screamed and fell to the ground, I was in pain, everything hurt, and then everything just went black and I passed out
