Ivan nodded. "Okay, it's in my parents room."

"Ah, okay.."

Ivan gently took Gio's hand to lead him over to his parents room.

Giovanni held on to his hand tightly despite his second thoughts, and followed him.

Ivan walked into the room and found the picture. It was him and Elli as kids, both in purple dresses.

He giggled softly. "Aw, that's so sweet.."

Ivan chuckled. "Yeah, I hated it, but my sister loved it so I did it anyways."

"That was very nice of you, Ivan.." Giovanni nodded slightly.

Ivan shrugged. "I liked it when my family was happy. Even though I didn't enjoy wearing the dresses, I liked the tea parties Elli and I had, so it was fine. And my mother always though we were so adorable together."

"I bet you were adorable. And that's still very nice."

"Not to brag or anything, but I have to admit, I was pretty damn cute. And thanks. I just wanted everybody to be happy."

"You really were cute. You're generous too, for wanting people happy like that," Gio chuckled softly.

Ivan smiled. "I suppose. But I guess that part of me went away when I moved to America. I became a monster instead of trying to make people happy." he looked down, feeling disgusted with himself again.

"It was for a reason, Ivan," he said.
