I was in bed for about three minutes then had to get up again because of my nose bleeding.

Yeah, this happens all the time. I've gone to doctors for it and they haven't done anything helpful.

Well tissues stop the bleeding, but they won't help long term.

Sometimes the blood goes to the back of my throat and I have to cough it up. Literally. It's gross.
