I'll switch over to first person as well.
My eyes fell onto Gabbi. A small half smile crawled across my lips as I nodded in her direction. She was talking to the new kid. Probably just asking for directions or something. Still, he couldn't help but notice the slight pang of jealousy coursing through him. -
o3o Shiet. The post thing failed. Ignore latest post.
I raised my eyebrows and stood up straight, sauntering towards her. "What was that all about? The new kid? That goofy grin sprawled across your face?" I grinned, successful at suppressing my slight jealousy. "Spill it." -
I walked over to Kian in a daze.
"Hey," I think I said, relaxing my back against the cool wall next to Kian. I look over at him and grin, giddy with great news. -
Sit. Late post. -.- *Ignore*
"Well, uh, David asked me out," I say, sliding my bookbag off of my shoulder and onto the floor. I lean on the wall next to him, relaxing my head on Kian's shoulder. -
"And you said...? Don't leave me hanging here," I joked, popping one earbud out of my ear so I could hear her correctly the first time. The song played on faintly in my left ear. Face Down by The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus. Nice.
-
"Uh, I said yes. All of the girls are talking about how hot he is, and I never got a full picture... anyway, we're going out on Friday," I explain, grinning wildly. I'm giddy all over.
-
I nodded. "Cool. Make sure you dress to impress," I replied, giving her a whimsical wink. Gabbi seemed genuinely happy. Despite my slight fetish for her, I was happy too. When she was content, I was content. When she was upset, I was upset. As long as she was happy, I could deal.
-
I giggled. "Oh, you know I will," I say, then flounce away.
Three more days until Friday... Which is 72 hours. When did he say he was picking me up? Did he say... I was obsessing, like I always do. But I've never been this obsessed with a boy because none of the boys I've met were not worth my obsessing. Except Kian... -
I grinned until she was out of sight. "s---, man. Pull it together. It won't last. Stop being such an envious b------," I whispered to myself, putting my second earbud back into my ear. I walked into the building a few moments after her.
-
I here Kian coming up from behind me.
"I still don't know what to wear. I'm going over my closet in my head, like an obsessed person. Do guys like obsessed girls? Kacey said that they don't." I sighed, knowing the answer to my own question. "I'm such an idiot," -
I chuckled. "Don't stress so much about it. Be yourself. Any guy would go for a girl like you."
-
I grinned at Kian. "Your so good to me," I say. "Now, will you help me pick our what to wear?"
-
I gestured towards what I was wearing. "It takes skill, determination, and perseverance to put together this kind of get up every day," I put on one of my signature crooked grins. "I bet I could teach you."
-
I look at his outfit.
"You know what, I'll ask my mom," I say, giggling. "Come on, Kian, come over. Mom made chocolate covered strawberries again..." -
I furrowed my brow, exaggerating my thinking process. "Well... in that case... I'll consider it," I smirked.
