He smiled back and kissed his cheek. "I need to shower, there's enough time if you wanted one too." -
"Okay. I'll see," he said.

"Hey, Alex? Where are you?" He heard his mom's voice as she walked downstairs. "I'm in the living room mom."

"Your mom?" Nick whispered.

"Yeah, don't worry. I don't think she'll be mad."
"Okay, I was just wondering cause I didn't see you in your room." She walked in. "Oh hi. You had a friend stay over last night?" She smiled lightly. "Yup, this is Nick." He introduced happily. -
"Hi m'am. Nice to meet you," he said with a small, shy smile. He waved.

"Nice to meet you too. It's nice to see Alex getting along with someone so well." She smiled back. "I have to get to work, so have a good day at school you two." She waved and left the room. "You too mom. Bye." Alex smiled softly.

"Bye, m'am." Nick sighed, feeling the nervousness rise out of his chest.

"She wouldn't have a problem knowing your my boyfriend, I don't think dad would either but he'll take longer to warm up.."

Nick laughed anxiously. "Haha.. Good. I wouldn't want parents to get angry at me."

"I hope they don't cause I'm never letting you go." He giggled.
