Guy that got suspended for calling people slurs instead of getting fired is here today and 45 minutes into his shift, he stormed off in the middle of helping a customer and made me do it. When he got back, my coworker told him I reported him and then he went off on a tangent saying if anyone does anything to provoke or upset him, he's going to start taking it as harassment.
That's not how it works. You cant tell people you're getting harassed for being expected to do your job. -
I already knew she would tell him because she likes starting drama and then pretending she wasnt a part of it. The person making the report is not the person starting drama. And she's two-faced because she likes to talk and pretend to be everyone's friend but then once you leave, she'll talk s--- about you or pretend to have nothing to do with it. Either you do or you dont, b----.
