Wow, note to self. Dont talk about ff7 with that person. They went on a whole ass rant for 10 minutes talking about why the trilogy shouldn't be part of the franchise, saying they don't want ff7 to be a multiverse thing. Unfortunately, it's not our franchise to decide. I dont look at any of the stuff past the crisis core remake because it's confusing af. But im glad there's something for the newer Gen to play ff7. But this person is like, Only the original ff7. The rest is too convoluted and I refuse to watch gameplay or touch the game. I go read their lore on wiki. Bro.

Okay, but then you still try to make an argument out of me saying we're not the target audience for the game and it's meant to revive it for newer players mainly, and you still go on a long ass rant about how you dont want it. -
I wasnt even trying to debate anything. All I said was I needed to finish Crisis Core Reunion. Then they went on this tangent about how nothing past the original game needed to be made. Okay, well, that's your opinion. My opinion is that all of it is confusing, but it at least gives a starting point with updated graphics for people who want to access a ff7 game without having to get a Playstation, which is what kept me from getting remake even though I liked it. The original ff7 is not what made me get into ff7. It was ff7r and Cloud being introduced in Smash. See that? When old characters become relevant again in new ways, the newer gen actually looks into it. Maybe later they'll find the older one was cooler, or they'll latch on to the newer part. That's a part of growing and changing audience to stay relevant. You cant be the center of attention forever. Eventually, it's time for a new audience if you want a franchise to keep going.

Trying to be an artist feels like a waste sometimes because people just want to scam me. Maybe my stuff isnt good enough for someone to want to actually pay.
