f--- you too. All I wanted to say was "I hope you feel better", and I was genuinely concerned. But you always dismiss me. You asked who I was and then had to decide not to speak to me. f--- you. I'm so sick of this happening any time I try to be nice and genuinely care. And people wonder why I act like I hate you.

I got through the whole day and now im crying because of this.

I dont even know why I bother. This is why im still in therapy. This is why I dont talk to my siblings. This is why I feel like i never belong.

Very rarely I get along with my parents. Idk. I was expecting them to take his side. But I'll try to cool off.

I was so close to self-destructing today and I made it through somehow, and then that happened and now i feel like im right back in that mentality again.
