I feel like my friend left because they're jealous of me. I'd explain more, but I don't want to bring up the specifics here. It's just that they get everything they want. Their boyfriend gives them whatever they want since they don't work, but the one thing I have that they don't, they really want, and they pine over it any time I mention how it's going for me. I was talking to someone else about it because they asked, and moments later, my friend left the server
