I got f---ing assaulted at work today, so that was fun.

I couldn't even do anything because it was an old person and a customer.

i’m sorry that stuff happened today, it has to suck. /gen -
Physically, I'm unharmed. Mentally, I can't focus and I just feel dissociated. I get the next two days off, so at least I don't have to go back for a bit, so I guess I'll be fine. I just need to distract myself.

I f---ing hate myself. I'm angry and dont want to exist right now.

It doesn't even matter to tell them what happened. They'll just tell me to suck it up anyway since I didnt have to get medical attention for what happened. Doesn't make me feel any less traumatized or degraded.

Like, why would you care the reason why I feel like s--- if you're just going to say that anyway or assume it's just because I didn't get to eat what I wanted. I swear I'm going to crash out if someone says I have a bad attitude because I didnt get the food I wanted to eat. Missing out on being able to eat that bummed me out, but it didn't cause me to feel this way. Notice I didn't say a word since I got off work? Of course not. You probably only notice when it's convenient and you can accuse me of being selfish or some stupid s---.

I'd rather just be left alone instead of them bringing it up. If they assume I'm in a p---- mood because of some damn food, I'm actually going to snap.

Oh, and I didn't mention that my coworker shamed me for taking a 15 minute break after 3 ½ hours of working in front of 700 ovens, did I? She acted like I wasn't allowed to take one of my TWO alloted 15s for my shift at any given time. I felt like I was going to pass out from the heat, and I wanted a minute to step away from her complaining and attitude. I didn't expect for her to go on lunch at the same time.
