Halloween this year was so wild
My sister and I were being Coraline and Wybie because it’s her first time trick or treating
While I was spending an hour making her hair blue it started HAILING (keep in mind it’s boiling hot rn, middle of spring is practically summer) and it was storming so bad our electricity went out and my bedroom window started leaking
My house has a gate that opens and closes with a remote so we had to literally jump the fence to go and trick or treat
We went around our block and there were more people doing it than I expected considering we’re not in America. We got recognised a ton, then when the power turned back on we went to a more popular suburb and got heaps of lollies
Our dad wanted to supervise us so he trailed behind us as a stalker, in all black wearing a hoodie, sunglasses and a face mask and it was so funny to see people’s reactions
I swear every year during Halloween it storms and we end up doing it in the rain
Very successful night -
Highlight houses include my friend’s haunted house and the one that threw lollies at us from the balcony (dressed up as clowns)
