so now im awake at 3 am

so apparently switching from pressing your tongue to the roof of your mouth, to pressing your fingers between your eyebrows
helps congestion
like my nose is pretty stuffed right now, i found that trick, and it actually works. its not permanent but it really helps clear up -
watching iceberg videos about creepy internet s---
im actually pretty scared
