It's verbal. They're harrassing the LGBTQ community, which I am a part of, and they keep saying stuff and making slurs.

They hate on the LGBTQ community all the time. I'm afraid to say that I am pansexual and Genderfluid because of what my parents always say.

Oh my god same, except my problems are with my grandparents. whenever you need to talk just know I'm here and I completely understand.

Sorry, dumb joke, but if your family has a sense of humor you could always say "guys I have a really important announcement to make," and then go into the kitchen and say "I'm pansexual" and grab a pot or pan and stroke it.
Then technically, you told them the truth but they'll think it was a joke and it could soften the blow in the future by putting the idea in their head that you are -
But I mean that's if that have a sense of humor. My parents personally were not a fan of gay jokes at all
