Anyways my goals for the new year
1) Improve physical wellbeing
a) Walk more on a daily basis
b) Work out 1-2 times a week
c) Eat 1,200 calories a day
d) Recommit to veganism
e) Improve upper arm strength and pectoral muscle strength
f) Improve flexibility
g) Achieve an hourglass figure!!!
2) Improve mental / emotional wellbeing
a) Recommit to boyfriend
b) Be more supportive
c) Be more honest about emotions
d) Write a journal on a daily basis
e) Get enough sleep each night
f) Stop being so self critical / negative
3) Improve spiritual wellbeing
a) Pray more
b) Make magick more of a daily thing
4) Improve intellectual well being
a) Control stress
b) Work harder on homework
c) Don't be as lazy
d) Study for tests -
I forgot an ultra big one!!! Meditate daily
