You've got a nice style. However, if you're asking for advice to create better art..
-invest in some nice art pens. You can find them at Walmart for 4 for 10
-invest in some expensive colored pencils!
-invest in an anatomy book and study anatomy (I need to work on this lmao) -

You do have a nice style, although I would try creating cleaner lines.

I think the anatomy is off for both drawings. The style can go with it, but if the bodies don't look realistic, then it will throw your art style off. Try practicing by drawing layouts of an actual more realistic human body. Then from there you can start making anime drawings easier. So you can try taking steps. If you don't know the basic body portions very well, then it will be hard later on when you want to get into intense art. ^^
