Three weeks is certainly enough to be locked, especially if a troll was the one who bumped it. I don't quite think you understand that trolls do not get the same level of leniency as regular users do.
Additionally, none of you seem to understand humor? Like, if I wanted to, I could totally lock this thread for s---s and giggles and put a reason like "bc I can" for a minute or so. I won't, but I'm sure a lot of people would think it's hilarious. Besides, we've fixed our "immature reasons" before, I'm sure they won't mind re-wording it if you're so worked up about it.
