Thought 1. I'm all alone
2. I'm worthless
3. I'm incapable of love
4. Everyone thinks I'm a freak
5. I'm ugly, my nose is too large, my eyebrows are too thick / dark
6. I'm talentless
7. I'm too antisocial
8. I'm a player
9. My family hates me
10. I can't protect anyone
I don't think all of these currently, but I felt the need to post these bc they're really common thoughts -
