This is kind of long but I'm sure you can survive reading through it. ;~;
Anyway, my mother won't let me dye my hair fully until I am eighteen because she believes that since I am her child she should get to decide what I do to my hair. She also thinks that by dying my hair I will be portraying the wrong image to others, which in a sense, I can understand, but at the same time I feel it's up to me to decide on how I want to portray myself.
I however think that as it is my hair, I should really get to decide what I do with it and that I'd just have to face the consequences of whatever damage or mistakes I do to that hair and live with it, I mean, she can't exactly control every part of her child, even they should be able to have the freedom to make decisions themselves. Not only that but I feel that eighteen is just going a bit to far and that at least around 15-16 is perfectly fine to be able to dye it.
What age do you think is okay and all that shiz? -
I believe any child over 12 should be allowed to dye their hair. Of course, within reason. You don't want to see a 12 year old with bright pink hair- but maybe a dark brown. I think the older ages, however, should be free to express themselves however they desire.

Yeah, that's around what I was thinking too.
Unfortunately I don't exactly know how to convince her about this. -
dying can drastically ruin your hair and damage it to hell
with the chemicals in them and placing them in your hair to penetrate deep into your roots and s---
repeatedly doing that?
h A H A H A
your hair would be ruined
it would be fine if you don't do it frequently or dye it another way that wouldn't particularly harm the hair
but eh
whatever
you said if your hair ends up into ruins, it's your consquence that you have to deal with
there were precautions and disclaimers but eh
whatever
your choice
your hair
your life
and you're old enough to dye your hair, so don't worry about it
what color did you have in mind though?
(btw i could be wrong about something about the dying it frequently part because maybe it could harm it even if you do a few times? no specifically sure but you'll have to do the research on your own) -
if you dye your hair correctly and make sure to keep it hydrated before, after, and during dying sessions you should be fine.
As for age, I think whatever age is fine. I mean, if worst comes to worse, there are ways to strip the color out, and dye over it. -
Yeah, I'm aware of all the demage it does to my hair but like I said, I'm willing to put up with that and just accept all of it. I was only planning to do it a few times maybe.
Lmao, apparently not.
Some sort of pastel-ish colour or a greenish-blue.
It harms it even if you do it a few times I believe but not as much as when you frequently do it) -
Thanks.
Precisely, I've tried telling her that too. -
"demage"
lELELELELELELELELELELE
And okay, that seems fine to me. .3.
Yeah. xD
Ooo, that would look adorable on you.
aHHH okay
it also makes your hair dry and brittle
i think) -
My mistake, sorry. :0 much demage, indeed.
Kewl bro. .3.
Aha.
Thanks~
Yee, I've heard it does)
