  My brother has been in the hospital for four months, and was in the hospital for two months last year. I don't want to bore anyone with the details, but he's been really sick, and no one was ever able to name anything. Now the doctor is saying that it's probably muscle deterioration, which basically means that he doesn't have long. He may be wrong, but they've already gotten him to speak with some specialist about things like life support and his will. I'm so scared. I can't lose him. I can't do this. I can't.
