use the end of a compass. Though it isn't sharp and probably won't cause blood, just a small mark which wouldn't be painful and take a few minutes or hours to heal.

Just take your anger out on a carrot, that's what I do. Of course after I cut it I feed it to birds, but still NO CUTTING!
