  I don't know, maybe just ask him why he's sitting there and politely ask him to leave? No need to be rude, and if he seems to not be listening or whatever, tell a teacher or something.

  What would I tell them though? The janitor is sitting at my table, chatting up my friends? As far as I know he hasn't done anything besides that..
