Raikou seriously? Do you not know your times table? I didn't say I was 11% smarter. So for example my IQ currently is 138(took a paid test not too long ago). If I times that by ten my IQ is 1380. Basically smartest person to ever live, If however I add 11% onto it my IQ will be 153.18 which is still a huge improvement placing me among the smartest people in the world.
