  We found out why I was coughing up blood. I have a really bad sinus infection, which is what caused the headaches. My throat was raw as a result from the sinus infection and the rawness caused my throat to bleed (or something along that sort. My head was hurting too bad and I couldn't pay attention) whenever I coughed too hard.
