i feel like someone punched me really hard in the gut
earlier this morning i woke up with the most painful stomach ache eVER

this.... sentence barely makes sense
you could've said:
"everything for lunch looked really nasty/bad/other adjectives that pretty much have the same meaning"
look friend freedom of speech and all and you're fine but it just really annoys me how you do that. it gets on my nerves
are you doing it to look smart? or nah? or do you like doing it? who knows
but sorry for like bumping this and sounding pretty mean i just... idk -

and i was taught to not use repetitive and generic words all the time, like the adjectives "nasty" or "bad" for example

i get it perfectly and it does sorta fit the sentence but it's unnecessary always using those words, just say "nasty"
