The colors can be very pastel-like, even though their base color palette consists of earthy or ambient tones, it's a dress. It would be a long dress with a poofy skirt part and a jacket over it. :3 -
Colour of hair and eyes? Sorry if I'm asking too many questions.

It's okay.
Brown and really bright, electric green. And their skin is a fruit pink color.
And to specify on the outfit, it's a sweetheart neckline dress with a white varsity jacket. :3 -
