An old lady is walking on the Savannah and unexpectedly dies. How did she die.

Actually, it does. If it's the river, she could fall in and drown, therefore leading to her death.

When the bomb fell off of the plane it fell right next to her and exploded without any evidence. The lady did not drown. She was blown up by the bomb. Therefore that is you answer.

She died because Death was near her.
