Look I don't want to be friends but I don't want to argue with you , If yiu ever need my help I'll be there but I have my own problems so I will be talking to Adam though to keep us at peace I'll try to stay with Kait only if me talking to Adam upsets you.

I'm incredibly impulsive and I don't often gather all of the facts before an argument.
It's mostly my fault I shouldn't have tried to upset you .

Would you mind apologising to Kait I know you feel you haven't done anything but this is upsetting her I think or at least making her feel down. -
